1Our wines are the result of team work. Our team is made up of winemakers, cellar masters, technicians and quality control managers: they work alongside our many grower-partners, some of whom have worked with us for several decades. We share a passion for terroir and are fully committed to driving forward the wines of Bordeaux, thanks to the fruit of our partners' labour.
2Red, white or rosé, whatever the colour, our winemaking always begins with the careful selection* of vineyard plots that are monitored throughout the ripening process on an almost daily basis, right up to harvest. From vinification onwards, through blending and ageing, each Baron de Lestac wine has its own specific production process.
